Hello,
Small clubs without access to the top facilities, can they produce top level swimmers without such facilities and qualified coaches?
What benefit do top clubs provide, certainly the experienced coaching helps but with a larger school to coach how much is the benefit or is it simply a matter of statistics?
Any advice would be really welcome.
